Right of withdrawal from the contract

  • Before preparing the product or products for shipment, the Customer may cancel the order by 1) contacting the Store, 2) cancelling the order on the Store's website - applies to Customers with a Customer profile.
  • The consumer may withdraw from the sales (purchase) agreement within 14 calendar days without giving a reason and incurring costs, subject to par. 3 and 4. 3. The period referred to in par. 2 begins: 1)for an agreement in the performance of which the entrepreneur issues an item, being obliged to transfer its ownership - from the consumer or a third party indicated by him other than the carrier taking possession of the item, and in the case of an agreement that: a) covers many items that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from the taking possession of the last item, batch or part, b)consists in the regular delivery of goods for a specified period of time – from the taking possession of the first item; 2) for other contracts – from the date of conclusion of the contract.
  • The direct cost of returning the subject of the order as a result of withdrawal from the contract shall be borne by the Consumer.
  • The Consumer shall be liable for the reduction in the value of the product resulting from its use in a way that goes beyond the nature of the product, its features or functioning that is necessary to determine.
  • The right to withdraw from the contract is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts:
    • provision of services, if the Service Provider has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who was informed before the commencement of the service that after the Service Provider has performed the service, the consumer will lose the right to withdraw from the contract; in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no control and which may occur before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires;
    • where the subject of the provision is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or intended to meet his individual needs;
    • where the subject of the service is an item that spoils quickly or has a short shelf life;
    • where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;
    • where the subject of the provision are items which after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items;
    • where the subject of the provision are audio or visual recordings or computer programs supplied in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery;
    • for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of a subscription agreement;
    • for the delivery of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance of the service began with the express consent of the consumer before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal from the agreement and after the entrepreneur informed him of the loss of the right to withdraw from the agreement.
  • Withdrawal from the agreement on the principles specified in the preceding paragraphs requires a declaration in writing or in a message sent via e-mail to the following address: info@safaridom.com.

  • The consumer is obliged to return the item to the Service Provider immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the contract. To meet the deadline, returning the item before it expires is sufficient. 
  • The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the item. 
  • The consumer is liable for the reduction in the value of the item resulting from its use in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. 
  • The consumer who has withdrawn from the contract is obliged to return the subject of the order to the Service Provider immediately, but no later than 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract. 
  • The Service Provider does not accept cash on delivery shipments sent to it and is not liable for the costs associated with such shipments.
